MPC564 BGA reball

Hello all!

Just wanted some advise please,

Recommended solder ball size for MPC564 BGA
It has a 1mm pitch, wondered if people are using 0.55mm or 0.60mm balls for these chips.
I will be using Leaded balls.

I'm having difficulty reballing the mpc564, which ball did you use?
What is the best 0.55 or 0.60?
