I have to repair cluster

what is best procedure to remove and replace needles on these type of nissan clusters that have a pin to stop needle from going below zero. Basically how to re-calibrate

Remove and replace needles is easy, to re calibrate them you can plug dash to the vehicle and turn the ignition on then put needles. However ever I use other technique but it's difficult to me to explain you in english language.

wont argue but the board is marked near connector, power and ground
speed pulse, sorry can’t tell you pins, is 9vac. 2 wires to sender
get costumer to photo plug in dash and at sensor end
aleo common for loom Snapoibg as it goes to gearbox

I think speed needle is bad recalibrate only
