step 1 place wedges in oven around 180-200 degree turning every few mins to stop them stickin and they will cook evenly
step 2 while there cooking i prepare the chicken and salad
step 3 when wedges are nearly done fry the chicken on pan with a little olive oil once chicken is nearly done add garlic herb paste or anything else ya might like to flavour it with
step 4 once everything is cooked serve and have a bottle of wine with it absolutely gorgeous
