volvo XC90 eeprom in cem died

Somebody help me, 2007 volvo xc90 from USA, no keys, eeprom in cem died when i wanted to get it by soldering, it was under much glue and after broken i cant make synchro, i get another cem read renesans and change vin, i clone ecu too, because i thought thet the cem and ecu should be syncro, i wrote one key, but the car not started, because it didn't see the transmission and the selector, may be anybody has virgin cem dump?
