Fiesta ecoboost understanding Maps (Med17.2)

Hi everyone, and good afternoon.
I started a couple of days reading and discovering a lot of information. But I still have a lot of difficulties understanding the graphics and how to manipulate the data.

Can someone give me a hand to understand what are some of this maps and how to make sense of the table numbers?

I’m trying to find especially the ignition table so I can program some pop and bang (backfire)

Sorry I can't help you with your post as I'm a newbie , you probably know better than me hence I would like to know how you found all these maps on winols and how can you tell which map is what ?
