Chrysler KOBDT04A renew. Which tool to use?

I currently only have VVDI Key Tool for unlocking, and had more or less success with it (lack of proper connection diagrams, many mistakes etc.) But it does work on many keys.
It turned out, Chrysler KOBDT04A (with big buttons) not one of them. After proper wires connection Key Tool does unlock key (Success), key checks out "unlocked", but RF part of the key stops working (buttons don't work anymore). Tried on 6 keys - same result :(. I guess, file is incorrect.

So, did anyone unlock successfully KOBDT04A? Which tool have you used?

BTW, while in general Chinese FOBIKs don't work properly after unlocking with files for original Chrysler keys (after unlock, buttons on Chinese fobs stop working or even more weird - only Panic button works), it seems there are exceptions. Since documentation on this almost non-existent, I will share my experience here.

Here's one example. Chinese fobik, PCF7961 (26A0700 chip). All connections clearly marked on board (VCC, GND, CLK, DAT). I've used VVDI key tool for unlocking. It didn't want to unlock until I've soldered 1 kOm resistor between CLK and GND. With resistor in place and file for GQ4-53T Hitag2 fobik unlocked no problem. What really surprised me that buttons still working, transmitting signal! So there's big chance it will work properly after programming to the car. So hopefully I've saved one more piece of electronics from landfill.

Sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about, but I suspect it has nothing to do with used key renewing.

It looks like there's one more success with Chinese fobik. Here's picture, unlocked with KD-X2, M3N5WY783X file. Unlocked, buttons still working (transmitting).

Little follow-up - finally I've managed to renew KOBDT04A. Cheap Chinese MK3 clone does this perfectly. Writing takes less than a second - at first I didn't believe this might work, because with VVDI key tool writing usually takes 5-10 seconds.
But at least this FCC ID works on MK3 clone. Only drawback so far - the leads are unacceptably short, so they need to be extended right out of the box. Software works on Win 10 without installation, without any problems, even driver installed automatically right away.
Manual and connecting diagrams are included on CD, not sure how complete is collection of connecting diagrams, but I have few manuals already, usually have no problems finding right diagram.
