i soldered the eeprom and used an programmer after that i read it perfectly and write .... the first time i tried to turn on the cluster the 2 gauge didnt move little bit but after that i soldered little bit more and tryied again and now only the first gauge move little bit

post pictures or make a video to understand your problem, maybe you damaged some stepmotor trying to remove needles

655001 when I tried it for the first time, they didn't move even a little but when I soldered the chip again the first gauge worked and got up only a little .
you think that is soldering problem or what ? i have to buy a new cluster ? please save me
