Fiat 500 51782985, 51848079 airbag ECU - no comms anyone know any common issues that causes this vehicle has not been in an accudent

Did you check power voltage? Replace dump file. It usually stays with hardware fault but still communicate.

happened to me once, it was hardware issues, also check if the seatbelt indicator is flashing or not.

LOOK on steering wheel for buttons for hands free proxy alignment issuse
but before you bail press hard on obd plug and hit read and use different machines

Yes I've had one before an was btbox failed but I have Comms with everything just not srs

have you checked the airbag fuse?

not even a fiat driver wakes up in the morning and thinks
”today take car for diagnostic scan on airbag, kfc lunch then b&q for 2pm, there an offer on compost”

I would:-
inspect airbag ecu for damage
confirm fuses are not blown
find a replacement (i got tonnes)
fit and make sure there is comms
finally proxy align via bcm special functions

slickWill inspect tomorrow and if looks ok try and get a read from the eeprom and see

If you have it in bits, solder two thin bits of speaker wire on the big capacitor
you can then confirm t’ voktafe to it

Meant temporary/permanent so you can check ut has power
NEVER NEVER HAVE A AIRBAG MODULE POWERED UP IN FREE AIR ALWAYS BOLT DOWN
THERE IS A TRUE STORY OF SOMEBODY HAD A PROBLEM, TECHNICAL SUPPORT
ASKED A QUESTION AND ONLY HEARD *BOOOOOOOM*. GUY TIPPED LIVE MODULE
WITH IGNITION ON AND BLEW ALL AIRBAGS

I see ebay seller offering repairMy customer sent his for repair they sent a different one back I had to write the dump from his original one into it
