View Full Version : FORD SIGNALE CD -KW2000 no sound TMS470..

Hi. I have the radio ford from client there's no voice . But after checking by me I found that the voice is on the CD but without ability to volume control and the radio tuner does not catch any station. I think that the software is demage in TMS470. TMS content can be easily read but JLINK is disconecting when I trying to save.

The front panel is working correctly you can switch the volume scale appears
The customer informed me that the damage occurred after replacing the battery.

Hi!I had same problem but the problem is that Radio IC and digital sound IC is in the same capsule.It is in one IC ,and located behind metal plate.
So TMS470 or soft is not the problem.This TMS470 is command only with SDA and SDL this TEF ic wich is radio and digital volume control.That is the problem.
