here, but cant talk about "tune" , this engine isnt good for tuning.

Very few changes to the tun file. Is it really impossible to do anything? I would like an increase in power by 5-7 hp and 15 Nm.

NA engine... so cant really do more than tune ign and fuel by individual logging for depending fuel.
For this engine costs vs effect didnt worth.
Run the file maybe little higher rpm limiter for better power after shifting... but need to be best and log by u.
~5Hp should be possible, also ~ 7-8Nm.
