hi ive just been fitting a clutch on my mates 405 hdi (x reg) we replaced clutch from duel mass to a solid flywheel kit (pull clutch),everthings gone ok apart from the clutch slave cylinder had to be taken of to be checked,as a result i believe air is now in the system as pedal has no resistance and just falls to the floor and only staying up on the pedal spring mechanism, tried manually bleeding from the clutch slave cylinder bleed nipple, tried the procedure numerous times and still cannot get a pedal. Any help would be great as we are at a loss what to try next, any specific way to do or any tricks we might not have tried would be a great help.
regards moi

a) think you mean 406
b) use a pressure bleeder
c) the word from the man caled U.N.C.L.E. is you can buy a 'ready to go'
pre bleed disposable slave and master cyclinder kit, but not sure
if it has any leather or handcuffs with it. From the stealer.
