well guys
after a time i lost my internet connection...
i remeber that i have a similar ecu on office with no immo and same eeprom.
i lost my last 2 hours of day and i drive to catch them.
i copy full 24c04 to the other ecu and now was fine. without cluster start perfect.

I know, it is a bit silly, but why IMMO Universal Decoding 3.2 did not work, might selected incorrect ecu type but it is kinda straight forward, well unles it is not, or am I missing something? Thanks..
