Ford BCM repair?

hi guys this is from a 2014 ford ranger
it has the common headlight low beam fault
maybe someone can identify and fix the issue?

Are you sure that is a software problem and not hardware ?

Well I cant be certain but I'm almost positive it is software issue..I've sent maybe 10 to dealer already to replace bcm..bulb goes faulty and you replace bulb.. light wont work till faults are erased.. after X amount of times clearing fault unit stops outputting .. I'm sure it's like short circuit counter on bmw .. just here I dont know how to do .. maybe I buy new and just read new virgin dump and write to this one

Ok, as its faulty

cause this fault on opposite side 10 times reread dump, look at change see if you can exit it back and guess at other one

Hello, do you try reprogramed with ids the bcm ? (Link video YT (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpsosE6OdUA))
Its a craps we need to change the bcm for burned lamp or change for LED, if you have 10 time the same fault the bcm block this output. The dealer "say" changed the bcm for this (but i dont believed you by ron burgundy jajajajajaja)
Where are you from?? If you are from Argentina, check ML, the other day a see sale that repair this problem, i dont know if works.
I was one with the same fault and go to the official dealer, becouse the client was hurry.
Question, if has a problem with software and you clone one, the new, well be the same problem, becouse its 100% clone?

I didnt try to reprogramme it as I dont have ids .. I'm going to buy a new unit and read the virgin file from it ..I'll post this once I have it

This Ford pickup have a short circuit counter on bcm and blocks the headlights sometimes.

If you have the tool to read the dump, save it, cause the fault on other side until it locks out, read dump again
see if you can find byte to swap
