Where is pin code in astra J ???

I am confused, is it in BCM (under the dash) or ENGINE ECU (in the engine bay)

I am getting mixed answers when I google.

Pin code is in bcm
Bcm is located it's on left of clutch pedal in the middle console for rhd vehicles or near the accelerator pedal for LHD vehicles middle console.
