After reprog present strange DTC. MIL on.
Please see what is wrong with this firmware TUN E2 EGR OFF

try to read fault in obd mode, not nissan (press obd icon, not nissan)

There is no DTC through the OBD protocol and MIL ON!

Probably wrong erased DTCs...
