Where it is the eeprom on this ecu ?

I fiind to posibile chip, see at picture, but i am not sure

Hy ,

I remove the flash and the 2904 (was the eeprom ).
Now the car start but sometime when whant to crank , apear the car and lock simbol ?

Know way ? Need to reprogam the key ?
