Peugeot 307 EDC15C2 3 plugs new ECU

Hello. I got car Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI 79kW, 2003 year with ECU fault.
Ecu info: BOSCH EDC15C2 3 plugs, hw num: 0 281 011 081,
030709, 28FM0396, 1154 2406, 38709, 9646850580.

So, I can find used ECU with same hw number, and whather all numbers with the ECU must be same as original ecu.
I plan to do immo off on new ECU, is immo off enough only in flash or must be in both (eeprom and flash). Thanks

HW number must be same.
Otherwise you are at high risk does something will go wrong.
Actually difference in hw means different hardware inside the Ecu.
