I have replaced some modules in this car because they where drained. The airbag module says that it will not fit the vehicle.

Anybody a hint? The module and the connector pins look good, so i think the was no water at the airbag module.
When i should change the module, do i need exact the same lable version or can i use another on from a Tiguan?

You probably need to revirginise the airbag ECU. Then reprogram it. The vin number needs to match your car.
