A friend of mine. I understand that you are doing a swap engine. Your block ecu dme 1.7.3. It has ISN - 4489. But the ews in your account is actually not EWS2 but EWS 1,or ews 2 in emulation ews1. It does not use a permanent password (ISN)at all. Perhaps these two blocks can be synchronized using inpa. But I doubt it. In order to start your car it is necessary either IMMO OFF, or use the EWS emulator, or change the EWS itself to a newer one, or change the firmware in the EWS to a newer one where a permanent password (ISN)is used and transfer data about keys, passwords, etc. Choose your path and I will try to help you.
