i have a 2005 Toyota Rav 4, no keys. will the eprom be in the ECU or a seperate immo box?

A year? the number of the ECU? Or are we supposed to speculate on coffee grounds?

4C chip in the key (ECU) immo. >>> Except on the first 1997
4D chip dot key separate (Ariel) immo.
