Hi guys I’m looking to get a new tool not sure what should I go for enigma or dp4 ???

Or maybe you guys can suggest something else,

both excellent tools.

enigma is little bit more trustfully in my opinion, but with enigma you need more soldering. with dp4 is more by obd.

I have dp4 and brother customer service is trash sucks, never answer literally never answered me back. I were you look into dashcoder i been told is great tool. Also it is less money than dp4, either way dp4 customer support trash will never buy any update or tool again from them they care only abut money

I saw the w222 kill thread, but also immediate responso from david sun a dealer to resolve the issue, again top notch customer service

I'm using DashCoder for years. Usually when i have a problem, Karsten solves it right away.
There are not enough good words to express my appreciation for the good,prompt, and stable for years support that i am getting for my DashCoder,
and all of that for reasonable price.
I trust it 100%.

And every producer...
I have enigma and elprosys...
If you have a problem don't expect (too) much...

But mates, it's same also with dimsport/Alientech and all. Other...

"send us log file"...
Bla bla bla...

Did you ever had a case that a company wrote back...
"sorry, yes you are right.. Our tool/SW is guilt..."

If yes, you get such an answer...

Please post it here with Screenshot, that we see from which company it came...

Not only story's, like once I became an answer...
