Hi ! I need Stage 1 + for my personal car , bmw320d 163cp . In the past i had a bmw 330d e46 and now i feel powerless =)) .

The car is in very good mechanical condition .

This car isnt as powerfull at stage 1 :(.
No much gains from M47 with Stage 1 in conclusion to 330d M57 :D.

Those mit tf turbo arent good as garret...so do not espect much from that turbo

i've had same car on dyno last month , we achieve 201 ps - 420nm ,(dpf removed)

but turbo are not good as i said...i hybrid mine and never gets any problem...

Stage 1 mates... so no modifications, standard car.
Sure if you tune it there are more power possible.
Stage 2 = with Dpf delete I got 195ps, 4xxNM EWG.
Stage 1 , car was at the end ~183Ps , dont know anymore about nm.

Comparing E90 20d to E46 30d, E90 is very slow.... I have on 2 PC remap file for this. If you are intrested it for free - send me pw :)

my e91 163hp with just straight exhaust 199hp and near 450nm...drove the car 4 years with no problem on clutch
now have hybrid turbo,front mout ic,clutch stge 2 and staight exhaust..i dont take to a dyno but for sure more than 230hp

I have a problems with my car BMW e90 163 Hp Year 2005, when I have water in fuel system, with INPA i get 3F30 default, rail pressure sensor, and it dose not cleared, and the value off rail pressor is fixed at 399,7 bars, even if the engine is not started, so i think that the flash of ECU can fixe the problem, and I tried to flash my calculator with mpps, but when I read it, I get a file of only 1 MB and the original files that I found are 2 MB whay? I used MPPS V13

hello, thanks for your reply, my car is not so good physicaly to support this kinds of change, so i need juste fix the problem with the rail pressor, i changed a good sensor but the value dose not cleared on ecus, it still fixed at 399,7 in the memory even the engine is not started, and when it start the injectors are slamming !!!

The mod is not necessary special for your car , need have your car in good conditions, because if you have the same fimware of your car , what is the problem to use a good mod with the same fimware,???? The problem is your car no the mod

yes, it is the good engine

the reference of my ecu is the same with the first post hw 0281012334 sw 1037389882, but when i read ecu i get a dump file with 1 Mo only, and the origin (so all files founded has 2 Mo of size).
