Hello,
I am working on a Mercedes B200 CVT control unit whose aluminum pins inside are broken. I cannot solder it with normal solder tin and flux. Do you know how I can solder them in a good way.

I appreciate your time.

I remove aluminium lines, and then solder copper wire. But you must little scrape the surface so the solder tin catch for surface
sc rape the surfacescrape the surface

You complicate yourself too much. Just repair the aluminum wires.
I did a similar job to a opel ecu.

I do same thing in opel ECU... About one hour for all lines from both side I need. That is not too complicate

Yuka and Tomic19, thanks for the advices. I have ordered aluminium flux to make it easier to solder, waiting to arrive.
The side plates (on the wall of the module) where the aluminium wires attach can be scraped, underneath there is copper making it easier to solder.
But the down plates (the ones on the board) can not be scraped, no copper underneath, making it hard to solder. Do you think the aluminium flux will help me solder new copper wires to them?
also, what do you guys recommend me to use as a replacement for the jel I removed?

Thanks
