They get the 'pin' from reading the eeprom memory I assume. It's dumped to a bin file and another poster decodes the pin.

I know of you program keys in a car(transponder) then you need a pin to be able to do this, is this the pin they are talking about in that thread?

Also how is the .bin file decoded?

I think today no one taking much care about how it's dump crypted,we heave so many software and hardware to get all data on the market.However I believe that here we heave some engeneers able to understand and calculate data.BR
