Megane 1,6 16V Sirius 32 clone or immooff

Hi, m8's! Story: car after crash, ECU with no label, CPU inside C167SR-RM, no CAN. New (used) ECU Sirius32 S110010004D 8200055742, CPU inside C167CR-RM with CAN. In datasheet SR and CR are the same chips (both CAN, pinout). Old ECU readed on bench by KESS. With new ECU writing process stopped at 5% by error. Soldering 29F200BB to new ECU does not give any result, CHECK ENGINE is off, car not started. Its possible make noCAN from CAN ECU by cloning FLASH? Or anyone have immo_off file from same CPU with noCAN? Both files here:

Just swap 29f200bb and job done. With old ecu CHECK ENGINE is on ?? Collision switch ok ??

Just swap 29f200bb and job done. With old ecu CHECK ENGINE is on ?? Collision switch ok ??
I swap 29F200 one time and CHECK ENGINE is off. Maybe new ecu broken? With old ecu CHECK is on, and car working with issues.
