can anyone help me with skoda a5 dash stagging and needle illumination and the speed of car is imputable for 20 km minus is there and dump modification can solve it

what the ???? i have changed the needle before and same result is shown some one in a Russian forum told a man who has the same problem that there is a dump solution for this problem and for the red rep there is a thread for radio codes a lot of people asks for a full code in it and some one helped when i ask the admin marked me with red
