Swap DDE7 E90 ISN?

Hi friends
I need find ISN in this ECU 0 281 012 501 E90 163HP
Old ECU is 0 281 013 501 from E90 with 95640 inside
i want to write ISN from old ECU donor ECU is possible, i try to do sync DDE CAS with AVDI witout success
try to swapp only eeprom but doesnt worked

46D1 INTERNAL FAULT COMPUTER 4
4A63 EWS MANIPULIRING, INCORRECT RANDON CODE
Engine cranck but duesnt start
