FVDI Passat 3C and Audi A6

Hello guys.

I usually never do keys but one of my friends lost 1 key from each of this cars. (keys in jacket , jacket stolen at a bar).

Cars:
Passat 3C 2.0 TDI 2011
Audi A6 3.0 TDI 2012

He still has 1 key from each car.
Question : Can FVDI program new or used key for this cars ?

Should we look for some used keys on eBay or New or order new keys at dealer ?

Im not sure about the passat. On the audi, for non push key(mqb), you'll need a new one, for push key, you can unlock used one with vvdi tool

For the passat you need to prepare a tp23 transponder which can be easily adapted using vcds (adaptation channel) using the pincode. You can read pincode and rest of immo data from ccm dump.

Ah , yes, this never thought about ... now I sent him to dealer. Hopefully insurance will cover costs as the keys were stolen.
