E46 DDE3.0 EWS3 synchronization problem

Hello,

Can somebody please, help to make immo off or to synchronize these ews with dde?
Car does not crank.
Ecu is DDE3.0 0281010205 (2x 29F010 + 24c04)
EWS3 61.35-6905667
I create new key - key0 (existing key key1 is OK but password not OK same on new one)
Changed EWS with one from scrap yard (reprogrammed with carprog - all keys are enabled in total 4 keys)
Connected pin4 (EWS) to pin 33 (DDE3.0) with external wire - immo line
Replaced key ring (booth are 3,8 Ohm)
With INPA synchronization is not OK - not passing.
Made synhronization with ISN software - 24C04o_new and EWS3o_new no success.
Is there any solution?
Please, find files from EWS, DDE3.0 attached.
I will prefer immo off if possible

Just small bump. Today I started the car (after i made synchronize with Delphi). First time when I put key out it was again non starter and no sycronisation DDE EWS.
Can somebody help with solution?
