Combo isuzu accelerator pedal problem

Hi,
Car start acc sensors is ok until car goes off, then when restart engine acc pedal 1,2 dtc stored and not work pedal,car works only on 800 rpm.
If leave car 10-15min then on first start again works ok. Service cut pedal wires from ecu connector and connect pedal with new short wires,still same problem
2,3 sensor replaced,ecu replaced still same problem

Any info?

I do not have wiring diagram but this could be a problem with throttle body on the engine. Throttle body and acc are same circuit on many cars. Normally A/B Acc C/D/E is throttle body
