will be ok when you will post part number and type of eeprom/mcu
next time please save file as .BIN not as hex ???

it just a hint but probably his doing with manually (hexeditor and calculator) not with prog. in this case the pre-checking is missing (correct identify, file lenght, chks, constans data..etc) he just jumping to an exact adress and decoding the values manually
