EDC17CP14 Tprot or not

is there TPROT on my car?
Vw Passat 2008 2.0 TDI 4motion 140ps
This info i got from mpps v16
-VW hardware number : 03L906022EM
-VW software number : 9979
VW system type : R4 2.0TDI G001SG
VW engine code : CBAB
VW system data : EDC17_CP14
ECU mode : Running mode
Flash attempts : 3 times
Flash completed : 3 times
Ecu immo code received.Start enabled.

Mpps did read the ecu
Question is can i/should i flash through obd?

you can read and write obd this without problem

Ecu was replaced by vw at 2012. Tprot was there. Luckily readed in bench. Kess didn`t even read 100% only 80%.
Mpps v16 did read it by obd.
Ktag did find TPROT and asked to patch before writing.
