Need help for car radio hyundai

Hi everybody, please does anyone have seen this model of hyundai ,it's show only "Tel" on the screen.
model : A-100TDG
part NO: 96120-1M100 eeprm 24c256

I know the A-200 well. Maybe the fault is the same. Check for brown glue on PCB and clean it off. It gets conductive and makes many different faults.
