Hi guys, can you check is good TVA and FLAPS off?? Car won't boost, new ecu, new turbo, and still turbo valve control stuck on 20%

Can somebody make me good file for this car, there are deleted TVA Flaps, EGR and DPF, and need remap can some one please make it?

swiftec make this ecu rly well. :) people who never use it say only bad words. :)))

i don't have bad things about swiftec ,but i am telling you that swiftec use just dtc not complete full map like needed to be :)

In this scrap no need more than dtc so swiftec its ok.
