what's the best programming tool for older 18998-2004 Jeep Wrangler models? I need to be able to turn off the SKIM function and change the WIN, thanks.

If talk about job obd2 away.......!
Set vin go in pcm skim away.
If you want remuve skim don't rise time with vin.

Thank you for the replay, most of the time I am in force to swapping damaged ECU's and would like to disable the SKIM from the donor ECU if is it previously enabled and then used in car originally without SKIM. Looking to buy an prog. to do it by OBD. Need advice what device will support this Chrysler/Jeep ECU's .

Best diagnostiks equpment for this car like craysler it's vci/drb tool.
But for get login dump away you need eep/mcu programmer or easy away take vin and go to diller for get pin.......664685
