Fiat Palio 5sf9.bc Start problem at morning

Hello Guys! I have this Fiat Palio with ecu 5sf9.bc. It has problem to start with cold engine, 3 times start and stops. I try to make relearn with mulitecuscan, but no result.
Is it posible to solve this by maps??? Original dump attached, readed with ktag. Thanks!!
