Citroen C5 JAEGER 2000-2006 Needle Adjustment help

Hello mates,

Please can you help me with needle adjustment on bench?

I power up the dash +PIN6 - PIN22

And only display and some lights turns on, but the neeedle dont go to their 0 point.
