help to virginize an ecu me 9.7 of a c280 with ktag

I have an ecm 9.7 of a 2006 mb c280 totally burned. I don't think I can retrieve information from it since it is really badly damaged. I bought a used one on ebay with the same part number of the original. But the car doesn't start. I bought a Chinese Ktag clone that I really don't know how to use it well. I was looking for information and found that perhaps placing a virginized firmware to my donor ecu could start the car. is this true? If so, I can find and install a virgin firmware in my donor ecu with ktag. Thanks in advance.

yes, if you read dump from this donor ecu and post it here...
it can be done, virgin...

but only writing it back, will not solve your whole problem...
you even need mercedes SW/tool later to adapt it...
just a information that you know it...

Hi, it's happening to me that when I complete the if I select to read everything, it says checksum error, but if I select individual I can read micro mpc and eeprom well, but extflasm tells me checksum error, I'm not sure if I broke the software of donor Ecu with my Scanner autel ms908s. Now I think I complicate the matter further, I attach the two files that I could recover to see if it works, and in advance I appreciate the answers, I am trying to learn something from this world, thank you.

Wbart . I have spent entire nights searching google for checksum and I have installed the program in a thousand different ways. in different versions of Windows. all c ++ 2005,2008 2010, and I continued checking checksum. The strange thing is that it is only when I do the full read or just extflasm. on the other hand I in my despair of trying to do something and for not knowing well I connected my autel and did a scn update which failed. After this the car fans were on at all times and all the live data tells me N / A. This is why I think it damages the firmware. Now my question did you see the files attached? can they be checked? they are fine?

I REALLY DO NOT KNOW . IT'S A CAR OF A CUSTOMER AND I BRING IT TO ME WITH THAT PROBLEM, IT SAYS I ONLY START SMOKING WITH THE CAR OFF, IN MAIN THINK THAT THE CUSTOMER MADE A BRIDGE WITH INVERTED POLARITY BUT I CHECKED THE HARNESS AND OTHER MODULES AND ALL IS WELL, THEN IT IS REALLY SOMETHING RARE, THE CASE IS THAT I DO NOT REALLY BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN GET ANY INFORMATION.

I only select eeprom in ksuite? Or should I select everything?

update: I wrote the renew file of autodiagdoctor send me in the eeprom with ktag and executed perfectly. Thank you so much autodiagdoctor.

then I went to the junker and got an obd2 connector and a 9.7 connector, to build a cable to connect the ecu to the bank. Connect the autel scanner and I was able to perform the coding and updating scn.

Then I connected the ecu in the car and my surprise and happiness is that I revived. Now all the live data appeared again perfectly. Vin of donor ecu disappeared. Perform an initial star procedures whit the scan tool and was completed.

But the vehicle does not start. I don't know if something else is damaged or if I missed something else.

So, you were able to perform "Initial startup" with Autel? What do you mean when you say "Vin of donor ecu disappeared." ?
I don't own Autel, could it be that it didn't do the startup procedure correctly? You did the procedure in the car and not on bench, right?

Can you take a note of the actual values of the ME9.7 when you program the eeprom that I sent you? I am interested to see the status of the ECU (Activated, TP released and so on...)

ok el vin del donor ecu doesn't take me away in autel. but when I read by ktag yes, no more checksum error comes out after reading everything. I did the updated scn and the initial start in both ways, I did it on a bench and I did it in the car but it didn't work out anyway. But the car doesn't start yet.

I recommend that you can perform Initial startup of the ME9.7 with a better tool, like Xentry. I am not sure if Autel is really good to do this.

Is there any way to get cheap xentry? Any recommendation?
