Car radio read problem

Hi everyone i bought CarProg and he is doing all perfect like airbag immo and dash everything is good reading and writing but i bought him for car radio and he won't read a radio i have Skoda Radio Stream with mc9s12dp512 and he won't read it at all he just going to 5 attempt's and nothing but he read everything else good just that radio won't is there any fix
