bmw 320D ECU-EWS Sync

Hello guys i got a edc16 bmw 320 2001 with error 4A62 EWS manipulation and wont start. FVDI wont do sync via OBD.
Can someone do for me in the files?

isn is 29B1 is the same ecu and in ew

save this eeprom and try to do a re-synchro
