tuning files is good for something or trash

Hi everybody. Could you tell someone that these tuning files are good for something or trash?, i got from somebody he said they are good files but i dont really trust him so i would like an expert to watch it because i'm just beginer.

Yeah, a little old, I told my friend to give the new ones, but he didn't want to give it :). All right, I was just wondering if the files could be used or not.
