Let's talk about cloning the BSI on Peugeot Boxer 3, Citroen Jumper and Fiat Ducato.
If you don't have proper tools to clone it software with a BSI dedicated interface, the only way to do it hardware it's to swap both the EEPROM and the NEC MEC.
If you will switch the EEPROM only, the BSI will become unresponsive and will not communicate with the instrument cluster.
If anybody on this type of BSI will need to read the PIN, the software capable to read it is EFFI.
