One of the failures is a common one, which is to keep the beam on for a long time.
When the light switch is opened, remove the white plastic from which it ON OFF contacts. From poor contact and heating, the white plastic melts away.
Two-component adhesives repair the missing white plastic part to solve the problem.
Check the contact and, if necessary, wipe and clean the garage .....

did one recently part was £120 from dealer, old one, took to pub, showed weird friend
and we walked out, left it on the table.

It is a wonder what big failures renowned manufacturers like MercedesBenz make. These are not banal mistakes but .....
Namely, a common problem with Aclasa is when the right flicker knocks the right flick and when the left blinker knocks the RIGHT HOUSE RIGHT. People convinced that giving the direction indicator correctly (if you do not pay attention visually to the board) can cause a traffic accident.
Everyone thinks the problem is in the ablender. How does the ablender work? The flashing signal goes over one wire (to save one wire-incomprehensible) When the switch gives a direct plus ie 12V to the board inside the solid state relay switches the output for the right flasher. When the switch on the left blinker through the resistor the voltage (voltage divider) drops to about 6V due to the resistor to the mass in the board and then a solid state relay that knocks the left blinker comes on. That's right when everything is in proper condition, but what happens when a cold solder disconnects the resistors to ground (located in the board) on pin A16 from the board always comes 12v for left and right blinkers because there is no longer a voltage divider.
It is incomprehensible to pack BSI options into the dashboard (blinking lights, lights ....) when the dashboard is in the worst position in the car where the temperature reaches very high temperatures and produces many hld solders. And in order to save one wire for a safe signal, two signals of different voltage levels are kept .... They are calling into question the lives of passengers and drivers ...
