Hi,
DF308 should be DPF full, not Eeprom faulty. Can you give kind of Mégane and Bosch reference of ECU please?

Ok, no problem.

I suggest you first to work on this DTC following the manual:

With Clip in repair mode find your injectors codes and save them on a .txt

Send command Sc003 (save data)

Send RZ034 (erase data) turn ignition off, wait one minute for power latch

Return to comunicate with ECU and send Sc001 (write saved data)

If your problem is solved, send SC036 "reset learnings" and choose "after replacement of ECU without saved data"

Turn off and wait for power latch end, return to diagnostic and write your injectors codes, drive your car but beware of connecting rods that can come out of the engine block!

Otherwise if you have the DVD Renault Reprog you can try to save it doing an ECU update.

This kind of problems are many times due to a low battery voltage

Ok, do it your own way, but trust me i've seen this DTC many times and solved it without BDM, just using Clip! One day i'll do the experience to read Eeprom with K-tag, send command RZ034, and read it after, just to compare...
