How to clear programming error ?

There is a BMW X3 in my workshop.
Airbag ecu has an programming error...

Fehlercode (error code): 90 0A 01 C8 43 F7 FF FF FF
How to reset this ?

BOSCH 0 285 001 870

BMW 65.77-3424581-01 MRS 5 RD

Eeprom: 95640

Both solution are the same...
But neither works.
There is still a programming error.
After deleting, I got this file (attached)

Any idea ?
