Nissan Almera Tino 2.2 td Immo off Help need

Hi folks,
need immo off for rthis 2002 Nissan Almera Tino, I think its Bosh EDC15 ,not sure
Bosh 0281010718,
on the back side there is a 24C04 EEPROM, I post the dump if someone can help me, tried several solutions from the forum but didnt help,car doesnt start, immo key is off but dont start...

Please take a look if someone can help immo off this file.
