some issues

every channel is fine except itv1 and channel 4, they can be very glitchy sometimes.

im on a 500c running dw 2.1

Try deleting the 2 channels and doing a re-scan. Are they always like that? Maybe theres more channels like that also? If so, could be weak signal.

Reconnect all your coax and see if it improves. Sounds like a weak signal as Kal says.

done the cable connection thing, and no its only them 2 channels

Do you have any duplicate channels of these 2? And how are they responding?
