Volvo S40 new key

Please help!
I want a second key to the Volvo
There's an old working key
I read the immo box 93c66 Bosch immo3 black box.
Dump loading zedbull mini, dump ok.
Transponder programming ok.
New key not start, immo light flashing.
Old key ok.
What's wrong?
I uploaded the immo box dump and two key dump

Where did you buy the key? Maybe the key is bad. I've had some bad luck with some keys recently.
