AUDI A4 EDC15VM IMMO OFF

Hi!

I tried to make manual immo off in this eeprom, but car didn't start. After that I tried immo off with EDC15 Calc, car starts but immobilizer light is blinking.
Maybe someone can help with correct solution without immo light blinking?

Audi A4, 1.9 TDI EDC15VM+ 038906012AH
