can any one help identify eeprom 794001

I have a eeprom I am trying to identify the numbers on it are as follows its located in a medallion board this epromm is only one that I can read data from there is another but it reads blank

processor MC95S08D60 eeprom that reads data 794001 other numbers sn e3 1245 0h6

if you can work out a) voktage. B) which pins voltage on

if you lift chip up, see if pins 1234 are joined, if so tgen 24C??

its a 2014 artic cat prowler dash board I am not sure which eeprom kms are stored on , the chip above is one that I can not identify then it has a ATMLH314 08CM
WHICH I THINK IS A 23C but I cant read data out of that one at all .

be power and data, guess will be programmed by that

The Atmel is 24C08.
You can look where are Data and Clock (5,6), also Gnd (1,2,3,4), Vdd 8.
